9780. Beta OS. 6.0.0.448

I am running 448 Beta at the moment, the only issues I have are;

1. I cannot log into Blackberry Forums. Wap, nor I doubt your site.

2. Battery level indicator is erratic in its operation ie' flashing whilst charging.

I uni stalled the OS and tried to revert to the Former. The app loader just said no software was available ( hidden vendor file?).

Other than the above issues it runs very well, and I don't want to un install it if I can.

My Device is a 9780 any tips or advice, would be appreciated.

Since I sent this Email I cured the bug, I resent my service books, and found the hidden Vendor file on my C drive! Clean uninstall of DM, custom reinstallation of DM and voila! And I joined BBOS, I think this is a Excellent site

I will be honest, the flicking battery indicator freaked me out in the beginning, but its kinda nice to have some new "interactive" aspects to the UI..lol!

I'm getting used to it now, the Device does seem quicker? Other features call quality improved and Battery life appears improved.

It's not a bug, it's a new "interactive" aspects to the UI. Also, this build got rid of the white reboot screen (& also added the new boot screen)

Yea, I hated the white boot screen. Nice to see that is gone.

Well an update on 6.0 448, firstly just had an email from BB beta zone inviting me to test 448! (Doing it anyway!). I was snooping around CB, and found a little free app called maxmem. Being the gutsy BB person I am downloaded it and set it to work basically it removes all the stuff we never use. I used it and it worked, sorted loads of glitchy things with 448? Check it out.
