Go to the homepage, click developers on the top, the select resources from the left side bar, then choose smartphone simulators, then click the link in the middle of the page, then choose v5.0.0 and hit next.

Nice find, if you look on "announced at last!!!" I posted this awhile ago.

LMAO!!! I never even knew these sims existed. I am able to download my online form program, and potentially save about 500 bucks a month in licensing fees because of this! This is great!!!
