    Question Trouble with Bold 9700, App World and OS 6

    Hi,

    I had trouble with BlackBerry App World so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. The trouble went away, just to start a new problem. When trying to download an app I get: "No cached credentials. (Error Id: 40721)". I figured: by reinstalling, the phone lost my user and password for App World and I need to enter them again. Problem is: where? I don't get a pop up to enter them.
    And a bit more info, I'm connected trough Wi-Fi for internet, I don't have a BlackBerry Data Plan.

    Have you tried requesting "Lost your password?" ? You can try on the BlackBerry World website online.

    I haven't lost my password. I have lost the ability to enter it in App World on the phone. Weird

    It could be that since you dont have a BIS plan anymore, that the service book may have been revoked?
