Yes I took out the battery.
I did some uninstall not installation

What did you uninstall? There is a good chance the uninstall did not completely remove everything.

I understand this thread is bodering on old, but I've seen many having this issue, including myself.

This mostly occurs after recent os install with a issue with blackberry appworld cods....should be a "?", next to its entry in application managment.

Delete it and re-install blackberry appworld.
