please my master, I have a blackberry 9700 pin suspend, please how to fix it.

okey thank'z..
already registered blackberry service package, but the network still edge/3g, when it's supposed to list my blackberry service and its network EDGE/3G blackberry logo.
Initially there was no problem, but after my blackberry service stopped and I tried to register again was not able, for active service, but the network still is not the same as the service list.

Well sweangsule, it sounds like your data service isn't functioning correctly. Did you check with your mobile provider to make sure that you have the blackberry service on their end?

thank you master, will I learn first and I'll demonstrate in my 9700.

If you are using unlocked Blackberry bold 9700 then maybe the PIN is registered with the older BIS account in other carrier.
if it's not that then contact your carrier and reinstall the service books.
