got some problems with my phone !!!

okai i droped my phone and my speake dosent work good anymore the problem is i order a new one and i dont see how to change it !!! if anyone have some info il be greatfull !!!marry x-mass

btw speaker that u hear music ring tones etc .. tnx

When your dropped the Bold 9700 phone, I'm safely assuming the contact plate between the speaker, and the phone's housing got nudged a little bit, which is causing this issue for you now.
The only way to fix it, is to either open the phone yourself (which will void the phone's warranty) I wouldn't recommend this option.
Another one is to bring it to an authorized dealer who can take a look at it, but I can't promise you it won't cost you a few bucks.

If your Bold 9700 is not under warranty anymore, you can explore the first option (with caution).

I've always reminded people to purchase a case for your phone to protect it from falls, drops, knocked around, etc,...but no guarantee that water based accidents won't cause harm to any phone for that matter.

i opened my bold allready but im stuked at the part to change the speaker i dont know how to take down the stuf from media card !!!
got some ideeas? tnx
