Read through this how-to, How-To Recover A Nuked Blackberry - with Pictures. Read through it a few times so you are comfortable with the steps and then follow them to get your device back up and running correctly.

Did you install an app just before this problem started? If so, delete that app and see if the problem goes with it.
if not, did you do the steps in post #2?
