What is the easiest way to go about updating the apps, themes I've bought that run on OS5 after upgrading to OS6? They've all been bought thru Mobihand with one or two maybe AppWorld. Is it an easy thing to do? Easier just to update to another 5.9 something?

Depends... some themes, and apps u will find may not have an OS 6 compatible version. The ones in App World will most likely be the easiest to download and upgrade as you just need to log in with your BB ID and your apps will be listed there. Mobihand might be different. My suggestion would be to send them and email and find out if you need new keycodes or download links for those upgraded apps.
