Thread: Missed call list

Trying to help a friend out with their 9700. They are trying to find a way to view missed calls. When they look at the call log, they only see outgoing and incoming calls and no missed calls. What are the steps to view missed calls when not prompted to check them after someone has called? TIA

While I have a Storm 9530, it should be similar. Go into eny email or SMS folder, press the BB button, select view folders then select Missed Calls. let me know if that works for you.

.. go to phone and options... make the missed calls to show on your message list.. see if it helps...

Still waiting for an answer for my so-called friend. They haven't got back to me so the information here probably worked. They are kinda flaky.
