    Hello Marceln. I have 57.5MB of free memory space and the phone works perfect.
    The .534 is a stable version for the 9700 so like mentioned earlier check the latest apps or theme's you have installed. One or more might be the cause for the memory leak.
    I would personally also suggest you wipe the device, reinstall the OS and then try installing your apps one by one and check how your memory responds.

    Yeah, I agree. It also might be that your os is not stable, so the smart choice would be to get the stable build.

    He already has the .534 installed but yeah the smart choice would always be to install the latest stable build

    Under Application Storage, the OS system software is taking 132MB of space. Is that normal? Note that's i've already wiped the device and reinstalled the OS, and resotred the apps.

    Yes, 132 mb is normal for OS 6.

    .. my 9700 on 6.0.0.576, with > 18 apps, > 200 BBM contacts, > 600 contacts, average 0f 250-300 messages (15 days expiry), free space is 115+ MB..

    Yes 100+ MB is about normal for the 6.0.0.576 OS...
