Thread: camera not working

what do i do if my camera isnt working, when i open camera it opens normally but i cant take snap shot with it as its not even getting through to wat i want to snap. same thing happens when i open my video camera. Any help from you guys.

Hey Phemie, is it that you can start the camera but that you don't see the thing you want to photograph?
Did you try a battery pull or look for updates by linking it to your pc / laptop via Desktop manager?

You might have to try a re-install of operating system on the phone. Which Blackberry handset do you have?
