Thread: problem with my battery

Am kind of like having this problem with my 9700...am not sure if its my phone or it d battery...the phone just switches of at about 70 - 80%. its really annoying that i have to carry my charger with me every where i go. Any solution ASAP.

It's very likely that your battery needs replacing. But before the phone switches of do you get any message saying batt low or something similar? What OS are you running by the way

Yes, could be a battery issue. Try swapping a battery with a friend or go to a place that sells that device and see if you can swap the battery to check if that is the issue.

Your OS version is an official version so it should work 'perfect'. But googlin I stumbled upon someone saying: "t-mobile user this ver is unstable update to the 5.0.0.714 from t-mobile"... So if your a T-mobile user, try downgrading to .714 or upgrade to the latest leaked OS 6.0.0.534. Of course you should check your battery if possible. See comment of Joseph earlier.

thanks guys...the problem is from my battery,i swapped wiv a friend and discovered it does thesame in his. so i will get my self a new one as soon as possible
