BB 9700 OS 6 Philippines

I also have z letters H-T beneath my clock. Do you have any idea what they mean or how to remove them?

Not sure how to on an OS 6 device,n but on OS 5, it should be in Options>Advanced Options>Service books. Then just press the menu key, then click resend.
If someone would provide instructions on how to do this on OS 6, that'd be great!

I backed up my phone then did a security then I downgraded the os from 6.0.0.600 to 5.0.0.743. Then I only restored my address browser bookmarks and few other stuff, did not put back messages nor content store an now its working a lot better thanks guys

Umm...no problem! Why did you downgrade though? Maybe now you can upgrade to a more stable OS, if you want to of course :)

Or, since you are familiar with the security wipe and downgrading, re-try upgrading to the new OS and see what happens?

i'm from philippines also and using 9700 os 6.. havent found any major bugs atm ..just some minor bugs i.e shift key exchange function to alt key but i just restart my phone and its fine again..

is this really work well?cause i downloaded os 6 from other site and it dsn't work well.

how? when i open my service book there are lot of options there. what will i choose? and there's no resend there.

there's no change on my os still os5. some out there please1000x help me experience os6 on my bb9700
