Thread: problem in my 9700 blackberry

I have blackberry 9700 yesterday I face a problem I hope that I will find the solution here.
The problem is my blackberry switched of automatically and started aging but its hang in the first screen, its hang exactly at 65% in the download screen. I bought my mobile from Middle East so there is no career for me here in us I went to several stores to fix, but they refuse because the device is not from them. I am in USA\ Kentucky\ Highland Heights, Can you please advise me what to do?
I removed the battery and return it back but still the problem existing:aargh4:.

So you mean that the phone was working and then it all of a sudden stopped working? Did you install any software on the phone recently?

If the device stops loading at 65% it sounds like an OS issue. Please let me know if you have installed anything on your phone that may have created the problem you have.

Actually I didn’t install so or programs recently.

But you say the device was working and all of a sudden stopped, and that is when you had the problem?

Sounds like an OS wipe and reload is in order.
