I see, that is why when you dial ##000000 it should bring up a menu so that you can change which area code the phone will automatically dial to.

Can anyone else running OS 6 try and dial, ##000000, to see if a screen pops up to allow you to edit your call details?

Go to your Options > Call Management > Smart Dialing...
From there, ensure that your country code is set correctly, as well as your area code. See if this helps.

Also, ensure that your National Number Length is set correctly so it knows when to prepend these numbers, etc.

Thanks Guys its solved but the weird thing that it was set to Egypt correctly however it adds +966 i tried changing it to Saudi Arabia and save and exit the menu then get in again i find it back to Egypt and still adds +966. I tried that a lot then I changed it to any other country and called a contact; it changed to the corresponding code then i changed back to Egypt its working now.

Thank you Joseph you were so helpful and thanks IceMage for the comment
