I have Installed OS 6.0 on 9700 it was working fine but few days later it started getting restart when ever i took pics i have flashed it re-install it but issue is there kindly tell me whats wrong ??

Was the OS from this thread the one you installed? If so, you may want to try a newer version - Official: OS 6.0.0.723 For BlackBerry Bold 9700 Via SK Telecom

Try to install some other release of the OS...
