unless you have Docs to Go or some other third party app you will have trouble looking at / editing them on your BlackBerry.
You can email them and click on them to save to your device or use your USB cable to transfer them over as if transferring from one computer folder to another but thats it.

how can i down load again or get another version?

Did you purchase them? If not, the basic versions aren't even worth messing with. If you have it purchased, then go here: Documents To Go for BlackBerry Smartphones: Word, Excel and PowerPoint on your BlackBerry Smartphone and download your version.
