Thread: Auto Focus (Macro) Off!! Bold 9700

Hello, I buy my Bold 9700 since yesterday, and I am surprised to note that the auto focus car does not function! , in mode macro if I wish to take an object of loan nothing occurs, the lens does not move! ,what it is a manufacturing defect? , will I change it, but what interests to me is it to know if one among you would have problem?.:irked:

Before you go through the trouble of exchanging phones, I would try a battery pull first. Also, make sure you aren't zoomed all the way in.

I'm not 100% sure about the 9700, but on other devices you must choose between macro (close-up) or auto focus. In the camera options, make sure your auto focus is set to 'normal'.

Did you changed your BB9700 or the cellular company solve your BB9700 ?
