love the fact that RIM has made the device almost the same size as the 8900 and has the battery of the 9000 because now i can use my 8900 pocket and have an extra battery because of the 9000 .

my only gripe is i wish the 9700 had the speakers like the 9000 . don't get me wrong i love the 9700 and won't trade it for anything .
