halo every one, i have a bold 9650 from verizon and its unlocked. am able to make calls, use internet over wifi and also operamini and ucbrowser, the problem is i cannot get edge in capitals,HRT has no entries and when i try to register it only says message sent. is there any one who can help me in accesing BIS,:'(
Hello edwardkaks and welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear about your issue. I would suggest calling Verizon and having them look into it. The carriers have their own specific ways of solving issues sometimes and I think they could help you here. Please post back with what you find out after calling them. Question: have you resent yourself the service books?
