Thread: hi guys need some help

i wipe my 9650 and been tyring to reload my os and window message keep popping up saying RIM HANDHELD COMMUNICATION MANAGER HAS STOPPED WORKING..THEREFORE ITS NOT LETTING ME LOAD BACK THE UPDATED OS

Do you have the latest BlackBerry Desktop Software? I would recommend you try that first. You can find that here. If you already have the latest version uninstall and re install the Desktop Software.

You could uninstall and reinstall Desktop Manager to solve this issue, sometimes antivirus scan or intensive registry clean can cause some services to become unstable, like in this case RIM services and processes that run in the background which can be viewed via task manager.
