9650 From Verizon on Fido Network

Hey guys does anyone knows how can i change some of the settings on my blackberry so when i received call they don't show as unknown numbers.....anyone can shed some light please??

Unknown numbers appear as unknown numbers because they are blocked before they hit your berry. There is nothing that can be done to force them to appear.

There are certain apps that can force the numbers to be unmasked, if I recall correctly calltrap does it...

Well the thing is it was working fine before i switch from the 8900 to 9650 and i know the people that call me doesn't have the number private....thats why im a bit confused

have you tried asking your carrier about it?

I just wanted to point out to you you're responding to a post from 09-07-2010

This should be related to your carrier, contact your carrier and see if you can get the numbers visible..
