Hello... I read some website... and they suggest a method to increase speed download blackberry... they said.. go to options-->advanced options-->service books-->press alt+SBEB.... after that I can't receive email on my blackberry device... anyone can help me?

Might try resending your service books from the bis website.

I have tried it yesterday, after I check my provider BIS site it says i must enter my PIN and IMEl again, but it says "Couldn't verify please check again" after I re-login, finally I can enter my email config... it says "email account invalid, please click some symbol to validate" I try to click and enter my password, but it says invalid password ... need other advice please
At the provide BIS site you can try selecting the link HELP.
From there you should find an toll free number to call a customer representative who should be able to re validate your BIS Login Account.
Once the Account is valid then you can resend your service books.
