Thread: Blackberry Bold 9000 Continues Rebooting

I downloaded Sensobi this morning, phone is now in a constant reboot cycle, ie it never gets to the "Homescreen", cant get it to reboot
to "Safe Mode" either.


My last app I downloaded was Radio Saver, went into re-boot, it has never come out of the cycle of rebooting since, that was almost 2 hours ago

Im on a Bold 9000, .266


Starting this thread is MePascal's Idea, can anybody help?

When trying to boot up in safe mode, after the red led comes on. Are you holding the back button down the whole time until it boots up?

Have you tried to physically take your battery out for 3-5 minutes? And retry the boot up?

yes took out the Sim & SD card, left out for 5 mins.



but I did not to try to do a "Safe Mode" after leaving the above out of the device for 5 mins

Including the the SIM card and SD card, did you take the battery out aswell?

Taken Batt out, Taken SIM out, Taken SD Out, leaving out for 5 mins or so, then i will try "Safe Mode" again.

Ok as you put everything back in, make sure the battery is last and hold the back button in as you are putting the battery back in.

The back button is the half circle with an arrow on it

Nope, just gone to black screen, red LED, white screen with clock on it.

That is booting up, that it what you see when you reboot the phone

Yes, but it does not go to the "Homescreen", just starts the re-boot cycle again.


Its stuck in a loop, so to speak.
