    Hello alexander_ekin,

So we need to know a few details about your device.

    1. Which OS are you running
    2. Please list out all the 3rd party apps that you have listed on your device.

Any other details that you would like to add would be appreciated...Thanks.

I did as what the second link said for a couple of times, but it won't work

and i have some questions about the instruction, should i keep my battery out of my device all the time? if the battery is out of the device all the time, after clicking the last "Next" for a few minute, the device will show as a battery pic with a slash on it.

yea means it doesnt have a battery in it... You may have to try the 3rd option then

the difference between the 2nd and 3rd option is in the 3rd option there is an additional command "/nojvm" to the "Loader.exe", right?

i still got a battery pic with a slash on it

my DM version is 5.0.0.11, must i use the 4.3 version?

no you need to close DM you are going to be using the command prompt to force loader to run on the phone.. you need to have you battery in the phone for this

i used the BBSAK to wipe the device, before wiped, i can only see the clock before it reboot. and after, i can see a 507 error before it reboot.

holding the return key, and nothing special happened.
