Ok going to get started on steps here

1- Make sure desktop manager and apploader are NOT running.

    2- plug in device

3-go to start>command ( you will be typing this is where i believe it says start search)

It will look something like this, the commands you will be typing in are in caps here for referance.

4-you are going to type these commands in one at a time

    CD \
    CD PROGRAM FILES
    CD COMMON FILES
    CD RESEARCH IN MOTION
    CD APPLOADER
    LOADER /NOJVM

This can take upwards of 30 mins dont, and I mean DO NOT touch your phone until it says its done.

Once the phone boots up you can restore through Dm. I believe this method will load your os, if not use the preferred method of apploader.exe to install.

I hope this works I leave work at 5pm and wont be home til 6 or later. Let me know if it does not

Edit- I am not taking credit for this info in any way shape or form, just trying to make it easier for helping on case by case situations
