thats what it should do you have your phone plugged in to the pc right? and what does the phone say?>

xonz his phone has been stuck in a cycle for quite a while so we are waiting to see if it boots to that screen please give us a few mins to confirm it does

and not being rude i know my pohone takes a few min after wipe to get there

Yes, its plugged in to PC, and we still have it in a re-boot cycle.

when you say cycle is it just doing the little clock or does the screen ever chagne?

its not yet xonz, still stuck in a re-boot cycle/loop if you like, its been doing this since about 2pm this afternoon, its now 7.45pm

Usualy reboot cycle for quite a while cause with the 3rd party apps or OS / JVM failure..

do you still have jlcmdr up? if so see the option that says take screenshot? use iot to take a screen shot save it and then email it to me jnepsa@gmail.com

the screen keeps going black, but that's all, no text or error messages.

scratch that.. I got an idea...do you have DM on your PC and an os loaded for your pphone

It wont let me take a screenshot, it opens up a file, no particular file bit no "save" button to save image.
