    WAIT... thats not gonna solve it, because i just remembered that 10 minutes ago, with one of the times that i wiped and then restored, i got names and numbers from the last backup.. and i had the fones and the timings.. so i thought it was solved..

    am so confuuuuuuuuuuuused

    If that is how you feel about it then try this. Wipe your device the load the OS straight without the hybrid. Verify your settings and let it run without the hybrid installed.

    We are simply testing on against the other to see where the underlying issue is. Trial and error.

    Let me jump in with this suggestion as well

    Make a selective backup through DM of your device memory. When in the back up part of DM click on advanced and only highlight the ones that you need ie. messages, contacts, bbm contacts, etc only the bare minimum that you need and try restoring that back up and see if that works.

    Also after you make the above back up and before restore that back up. Wipe your phone with security wipe, then restore that selective back up. To do a security wipe

    options-security-general setting-bb button-wipe handheld-make sure you select 3rd party apps and then let the phone wipe. Once finished restore your selective back up and see if that works

    Bryan, we were talking about the same thing, u said selective back up, but i did a selective restore.. and thats how it worked
