    I will try the permissions trick. Also I just found a zip file on johnbergoon.com so thats my next step

    But that one is the DM version so it should install fine.

    i'm trying to install via DM but these directions (http://www.blackberryos.com/forums/h...n-process.html) are confusing as hell to me

    well...really its just step 4 that kills me

    btw you guys are being a tremendous help...never been in a forum and received so much help so quickly....kudos

    have you tried installing it through app. loader first ? sometimes it works through there, my did!

    See if this helps. When you have your phone connected to DM, drag these files onto your phone's memory. It should be either Drive F or Drive E. Then search for the .jad files and click on that and install.
