    Unhappy blackberry bold 9000 loading so many time..please help me

    hi admin blackberry...can u help me..
    my problem is i on loading so many time, after loading off again red light..after 5 minutes loading again screen white colour..
    i try on button red..can't
    can u help me..u think what problem?
    or software corrupted...can u give me what software can i download...
