Thread: "application not linked (factory OS)" HELP

Greetings I have a BB 9000, the soft fault him and proceeded to resintalar, but eventually tells me the following "application not linked (factory OS)" and try to install many versions of the OS but no charge, does not recognize the USB port , and passes constantly restarting.

Have you tried another USB cord? Or another USB port on your computer?

greetings I have changed cables, ports, computers and anything that takes the software, what else I can do?
