Thread: Camera Problem

My BB Bold 9000 had problem with camera can't on..
It's say "Could not start the camera.Close other applications and try opening the camera agin." when i check all the application was close alrdy, was't use any application at all.. but camera still cant on.. like it stuck with some hidden application that i cant see to close it.. can anyone help me on this pls..

Are you using a hybrid operating system? If so, I would go back to the last official release for your device.

Friend had same issue recently on a new bb... Tried as much as they could.. Ended up sending back to the shop they bought it from and was given a new one due to a "software fault"

Try to install new OS on your Blackberry, it can be related to some damages files on the OS installed on your Blackberry Bold 9000.
