Thread: Bold trackball question.

Yeah, just got another used bold, and was gonna use it for parts cause mine is banged up and the trackball was not working properly.

the ball in the other one seemed to be more clean and scrolled better... I switch them and this ball feels like it is grabbing, if you know what I mean, but still can't scroll up and down very well at all... is there a special way the ball has to face or anything? It goes from left to right perfect and feels brand new.

Nevermind, realized I might have place the ball the wrong way... if not then i guess its just the track ball itself...

When I had a 9000, I used to order replacement trackballs and bezels all the time to clean the device up and make it look new again. The 9000 is by far the easiest blackberry to modify. I had always bought my parts from DealsiShop.com - Buy cell phone parts, blackberry parts accessories, earbuds, wholesale & retail or the seller pmonmon on ebay (They are both the same person). Never got a bad part from them.
