Font Size Less Than 7 In OS 4.6?

Hello guys,
Right now I'm using OS 4.6.0.282 and I am looking for a way to set my font size to a number less than 7. In the Options > Screen/Keyboard setting, it seems like the lowest number I can select is 7, like what is shown below:

Is there any way to set the font size to, say, 6 or 5, without changing to OS 5.0? At the moment I still don't like the way OS 5.0 works so I'm sticking with this one. But a smaller font will be nice, as I am using the "BBGlobal Sans" font, which is just TOO BIG at font size 7.

Try switching around the fonts and picking a one that starts the smallest, then make it a 7.
Best I can offer. 5.0 comes with 6 and 5 both nothing previous did. Maybe a simple app can fix it for you. Talk with ShimmyShine. He is a great app developer and his skillz revolve around simple utilities. He might be able to hook you up.

I was wondering if you ever got this solved? If you haven't you could probably give me a bit to look into it and come up with something quick and simple :D
