Thread: Bold constantly rebooting

I have a similar problem. Constant "reboot". Tried the procedure above but no luck. Still rebooting. Tried it with the electrical charger and the USB connection.

Could you help us by explaining your issue from the beginning?

Did an update, BB asked to reboot, I did. On reboot white screen with timer clock, then screen went black/blank and red light was flashing. Reboot process is continual.

Sounds like it might be nuked. What update were you installing?
