i have had quick text for a while. when i upgraded to 5.0.328 it worked for a day or two then stopped working, i have email support with no response. when i try and open it it goes back to my home screen, any suggestings?? i have the less improved storm(1)::bbos::thanks in advance.... ricking
Is that an application? If so it may not be compatible with .328 fully. You could try going options>applications>bbkey>edit permissions>set them to allowQuote:

I have the same problem so I emailed their support and they are aware of the problem and are working on it but could not give ETA of when it would be fixed. In fact, here is a copy of their email. I also informed him that mine didn't work no matter how many times I went to the same QuickText contact.Quote:

The same thing happens with berrypopup. When I hit reply in the popup, it goes to the home screen.
