    Help with BBSAK

    I am having some problem. I have downloaded and installed BBSAK v1.6.3 and I am getting ready for the release of the new OS so I went to do a back-up and also use the BBSAK to back-up my aps and it is saying it is not connected. What am I doing wrong? any help would be great. Thanks

    Did you restart your computer after installing BBSAK?
