Thread: BBSAK Event Log Problem with 1.6.3

When I connect this to my devices and ask it to read the event log it always comes back blank. It does this on my Storm 9530 and Curve 8330. Does anyone know if this is a known bug with this version or a way to fix it?

Do you have all core app permissions set to allow on both phones? PS- I am going to edit your title to help you get more help

I'm thinking this is a bug because it does not show anything for me as well..

I'm sure if it is a bug they will have it fixed soon :-)

ALSO this could be a bug within 5.0 OS but i could be wrong haha :-)

Im thinking it's BBSAK J because another program reads my event log fine.

That is my thoughts also. Without the capability to view and clear it from the phone in 323 I sure would like BBSAK to be able to handle it.

we should be releasing v1.7 here in the next day or 2 so watch for it should addresss this issue

Has anyone found the solution of the bad ''half display'' since the version 1.5. I tried everything, unisnatll, reboot and install. I still have a half display. I know that there is not a lot of people with this problem but I know I'm not the only one. Can someone help please?
