    Log into your e-mail via PC and add alert@bbosalert.com and alerts@bbosalert.com to your address book. Then try it again.

    I have tried to get in contact with bbosalert twice now to get a new activation code for my bold. Is there any other way of obtaining this?

    Have you tried their live help? Or what ways have you tried contacting them? I'm surprised that there's any difficulty in contacting them.

    I know I was surprised myself, Ive emailed them wait a couple days. then went on there site and tried the live chat option which wasn't working at the time, so i left them a msg yesterday and i still haven't heard anything.

    They are getting backed up with e-mails, every one is transferring devices or they lost their activation code when they upgrade their OS. We're talking 50-100 e-mails every day. That is not including the people who send e-mails for other reasons.

    They may not have gotten to your email just yet then. I would give them the rest of the day before making a deal out of it. I know they get a ton of PIN change/new activation code requests every day, and each one is processed manually.

    Guess i'm reviving an old thread, but I just won a copy of bbOSalert.
    Perhaps i'm a little dumb, but I can't get into the options in order to set it up. It does need to be set up, yes?
    Can anyone help?

    Could you elaborate on the issue you are experiencing? What happens when you try to go into options and configure the app? What device and OS version are you running?
