I have tried to get in contact with bbosalert twice now to get a new activation code for my bold. Is there any other way of obtaining this?

Have you tried their live help? Or what ways have you tried contacting them? I'm surprised that there's any difficulty in contacting them.

I know I was surprised myself, Ive emailed them wait a couple days. then went on there site and tried the live chat option which wasn't working at the time, so i left them a msg yesterday and i still haven't heard anything.

Let me see what I can do.

They are getting backed up with e-mails, every one is transferring devices or they lost their activation code when they upgrade their OS. We're talking 50-100 e-mails every day. That is not including the people who send e-mails for other reasons.

I was gone for awhile, just purchased it!

I got it last night, sorry about the bad rep I didn't realize youre guys were so backed up.

Sent an email to support@bbosalert to retrieve my activation code and haven't heard back from them. Is there another way to get ahold of them?

You could try the live chat. When did you send an email?

They may not have gotten to your email just yet then. I would give them the rest of the day before making a deal out of it. I know they get a ton of PIN change/new activation code requests every day, and each one is processed manually.

i sent mine out and got a response the next morning

Hello i am also tryng to contact them via email cause i recently changed devices but got no answer , i sended the email a couple of days ago , is there any other way i can get a hold of them???

I know they have been fairly busy.. make sure you email support@bbosalert.com

Perhaps i'm a little dumb, but I can't get into the options in order to set it up. It does need to be set up, yes?

Could you elaborate on the issue you are experiencing? What happens when you try to go into options and configure the app? What device and OS version are you running?
