    They may not have gotten to your email just yet then. I would give them the rest of the day before making a deal out of it. I know they get a ton of PIN change/new activation code requests every day, and each one is processed manually.

    Hello i am also tryng to contact them via email cause i recently changed devices but got no answer , i sended the email a couple of days ago , is there any other way i can get a hold of them???

    Guess i'm reviving an old thread, but I just won a copy of bbOSalert.
    Perhaps i'm a little dumb, but I can't get into the options in order to set it up. It does need to be set up, yes?
    Can anyone help?

    Could you elaborate on the issue you are experiencing? What happens when you try to go into options and configure the app? What device and OS version are you running?
