They may not have gotten to your email just yet then. I would give them the rest of the day before making a deal out of it. I know they get a ton of PIN change/new activation code requests every day, and each one is processed manually.

Could you elaborate on the issue you are experiencing? What happens when you try to go into options and configure the app? What device and OS version are you running?
