    I have it. Can't wait for an alert. I had it send a test email but I have not received the email yet. It has been 3 hours. Any thoughts?

    Did you register an email and sign up for alerts? Check your spam folder? I just did a test with no issue.

    Still no alert. Not sure why. I selected my email and the alerts that I wanted but no email on the test. Should I delete and yet again?

    Log into your e-mail via PC and add alert@bbosalert.com and alerts@bbosalert.com to your address book. Then try it again.

    I have tried to get in contact with bbosalert twice now to get a new activation code for my bold. Is there any other way of obtaining this?

    Have you tried their live help? Or what ways have you tried contacting them? I'm surprised that there's any difficulty in contacting them.
