I tried the speed test out a few more times after the first post and it leveled out around here.

Max. Download Speed: 437.88Kbits/s

Avg. Upload Speed: 57.4Kbits/s
Max. Upload Speed: 63.18Kbits/s

I hope I can hit a better tower at home.

average out of 3 tries are-download max=367.14
and upload max=282.48
