So I wanted to change my wallpaper for Patternlock, but the picture I want to use has a lot of white on the top that makes the clock and such impossible to read. Is there a way to change the color of the text on the top of the lock screen so I don't have to enable the gray clock tray on the top. I know, I'm being picky... I'll use the tray if I have to, but I wanted to see if there was another way. Thanks!

i havent used patternlock in a while but when i did have it this was not an option...

Unfortunately it's not possible. I have used patternlock from day 1, and there is no option to do this. Sorry. Also, I noticed that with the 5.0 OS's, Patternlock freezes my phone up quite a bit,requiring a battery pull. The image will be completely distorted,and have a "trail" effect to it. Has this happened to you? If I remove the app from my phone, I have no problems....just curious to see if anyone else that uses this app has the same issue.

Hmm. I've had no troubles with patternlock at all. Storms are wacky like that. The only troubles I've had with the graphics glitches, all I had to do was flip the phone on it's side to make the phone redraw the screen in landscape, then flip back. Otherwise, Patternlock has been solid as a rock for me. I only wish I could make it not light up the screen on a screen click. Makes my pocket glow all the time and wastes battery!
In the end, I used photoshop to put a much lighter and more compact box around the place where the text was. Not perfect, but workable. Thanks for the help, guys!
