Brio Calorie Tracker
This is my short review of a very useful program for those that count their calories. I have been a calorie tracker for the past 2 years. During that time I went from 250 to 205 in the first six months. I lost the weight by tracking my calories. I noticed that I was eating 4000 calories a day and cut it back to 1500 calories a day. Now instead of writing down in a journal, I am keeping track using this program.
- Daily graphs of calorie intake with minimum and maximum daily calorie targets.
- Daily history that details foods consumed for the past month.
- Recent items are stored for quick re-entry.
- Desktop synchronization for backing up and restoring calorie history and records.
