It's called BerryScreenCleaner,

Instead of cleaning it with a cloth, do it virtually!
The application simulates splashes on the screen and then out of nowhere a mop appears and you can tilt your BlackBerry to clean off those splashes.
Hold the Storm in Portrait Mode when you start the Application.
Set the permissions for the application to 'Allow' in order to use this application correctly. Go to Options --> Advanced Options --> Applications --> BerryScreenCleaner --> Options --> Edit Permissions --> Set Permissions to allow.
