Will we get a wave app? I just signed up for an invite. You know google has to try and be the best at EVERYTHING. lol

you have to go on waves sign up web site and request a invite, click here to request your invite

i have google wave, its main selling feature is html5. there could be a mobile version in a few years, but right now there are some of the basic features missing, like being able to remove someone from a wave. this is very beta, and having it is nothing to be jealous of, need friends that use it. imagine being the only one on facebook.

yes you can get an invite from google, but the people who were let in early (like me) are allowed 8 invites each. it puts you on a list, and there is no telling who will get the invites first, from the already members or the public lists.

im really sorry, but after recieving multiple requests and having only 2 out of the 8 invites left, i am trying to give them to people i know and people who i know will use it. if i get more, i will give them out here and on the couple of other boards i currently lurk. (i hate posting unless i have a problem i cant find anywhere else)

basically im looking for anyone else who got an invite on the boards i go to. thanks!

i didnt realize you can look for public waves! there are thousands already, if you have google wave go to navigation and in the bar type with:public

I did some searches but they came up empty?
Strange?

Looks like Wave has lots of possible uses, but i've got about a dozen contacts and nobody ever uses it... Apparently I need way more contacts to actually put it through its paces.
