Here's a stupid one...how do you change the speed dial links that appear when you open Opera? I've added a link to some of them but have not seen a way to change the link. What am I not seeing???

Bookmarks > speeddial > highlight the one you want to edit > bbmenu button > edit.

Do OTA links NOT work in Opera?

I don't know temper.
I haven't tried the new one I heard it doesn't work with .230.
I do know 4.2 used to marry up with the native browser. Meaning you could click on the link and it would open in the blackberry browser.

LOL doesn't look like many people do bud...
I'm beginning to wonder what the point is in having Opera at all. Yes the webpage rendering is MUCH better, but to do anything other than view a page, you need the native browser. Unless I'm missing something. Or, unless it's because it's a BETA. Ah well, at least I found CaptureIt which works well![]()
I might give it a try when I put the tour back online. It might be a touchscreen thing then cause I did load it on the storm and I wasn't able to get it to work properly. Mind you I only did about a 2-4 minute test and pulled the plug.
I'm getting tired of cleaning up my double posts :lmao:

To change Speed Dial links in Opera Mini 5 Beta:
1. In the Speed Dial screen, select and hold the link you want to change for a second or two until a context menu appears
2. Select Edit from the context menu
3. Make your change
Hope that helps!
To be honest, there's alot one can do on the web where proper (and quick) webpage rendering is more important than things such as downloading files. Things such as browsing a forum. The ONLY time I use the default browser is when I need to download a file to my device or watch a video. OM5 is leaps and bounds ahead of the BB browser when it comes to actual browsing.
