    What is that?
You can read about it here. But this week in Pittsburgh nations that represent 85% of the worlds economy meet to discuss the global economy. Some pretty high profile world leaders are speaking, making it a pretty high security concern for the city of Pittsburgh.

This is what I found when I searched the FAQ

The scanner feeds are provided by volunteers, if there are no scanners listed in your area it's because no one in your area has volunteered to provide a scanner feed for the sites the feeds come from (RadioReference.com, WunderGround.com, RailroadRadio.net, etc).

From what I read it requires a actual scanner.

"If you have a scanner you're not using and you would like to provide a scanner feed for RadioReference.com, you can fill out a feed provider application at the following link: "

Becoming a Live Audio Feed Provider on RadioReference.com
