Thread: BerryWeather and OS 5.0

So it seems that if someone has a backup file of BerryWeather from when they were using OS 4.7 that this will fix the home screen not updating issue. If anybody does you will make a lot of people happy. All you would have to do is post the COD file. So if you do, let us know. thanks.

J... I may have what you are looking for. I have a back-up with berryweather in it. When I look at the rar file there are several .cod files in the weather folder. Not sure what exactly you are looking for. I would be happy to help if I can...

I'm working on this...having some difficulty.... Would an .ipd file work or do you need the individual .cod files?

Josh, do you mean the cod or the alx? I have an older back up but there is a pin.alx and just corresponding files but they are not cod.

Would need the COD. When you backed up there should have been a COD file saved.

Well guys I don't mean to kill your hopes but if you need the cod files they are not different from the ones you're using on 5.0, what has changed Is the os, not the app.

As for the back up I don't think it will work either, the problem seems to be on the OS, since the same application is updating the icon correctly in other models running 5.0

As my usual statement I might be wrong, and if you prove I'm, well point for you on this one

AAAAHHHHHH !!!!! :aargh4: OK.. here's my plan: wife's phone is still on 4.7 OS. I will install berryweather onto hers then back it up with BBSAK.

Don't worry maddog I sent them my cod file.

the backup cod file didnt fix the issue. Homescreen still is not refreashing.
