Thanks everyone but I think Ealvnv is correct, it is not the file but the OS that is the issue here.

Well :nana: I still LOVE my storm...and minor details will be fixed in about a month and a half, called odin! Bold doesn't even come close

I am suing .230 on my Tour and Berryweather doesn't seem to have a problem updating. Maybe I just got lucky.

I am sure they are trying, but with the way the API was redone from what I have heard, they will have to wait til they have a consistent simulator

I have found on my storm 9530 using os 5.0.0.230 (not the hybrid but the "actual" one) that WeatherEyetouch for the Storm updates the current conditions on the home page icon even though the basic generic WeatherEye icon doesn't change. I can live with that. At least I have properly updating info.

berryweather works great on my tour

Yes, BW works fine on the Tour it's the Storm that is not working properly.

It's to bad that we cant get this working, I really miss the icon!

My berryweather has worked fine on my storm with .230 homescreen updates!!. I posted my setting in the findings & fixes thread last week.
